These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Palladium Network site and offerings, managed by DeployDash Technology Group s.r.o. (“DeployDash,” “we,” or “us”), under Czech law. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Experimental Project: Palladium Network is currently in an experimental phase. Features, timelines, and specifications may change, and certain functionalities may never be implemented as initially described.

  • Informative Website: Currently, we provide project updates, social media links, and a newsletter signup.
  • Token Launch (19th of March): PLLD token sale launched on centralized exchange.
  • Future PLLD Swap: Expected within ~6 months post-launch; we will update Terms and official docs accordingly.

Real Estate NFTs & Trading

  • Fractional Ownership: We plan to allow purchasing fractional real estate tokens (NFTs) under the Palladium brand; final details will be disclosed upon release.
  • Trading Engine: Profits from automated trading may fund PLLD buybacks; however, no returns are guaranteed. Markets can be volatile.

User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Users must follow Czech AML/KYC regulations (Act No. 253/2008 Coll.) if or when required for certain transactions.
  • Accurate Data: Submitting false info during newsletter signups or token interactions is prohibited.

Disclaimers

  • No Investment Advice: Content is educational; consult professionals for financial/legal advice.
  • No Guaranteed Returns: Real estate valuations and crypto markets are inherently risky.

Intellectual Property

Modifications & Future Updates

  • We reserve the right to change these Terms if new features (e.g., PLLD Swap) or regulations require it.
  • Continued use post-update implies acceptance.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be subject to Czech jurisdiction, resolved in Czech courts unless otherwise mandated by EU law.
